What can I redeem in a Payzone store
We've made it easier for you to collect cash refunds for household bills and more in our nationwide network of stores.
Cash refunds
Payzone operates a cash pay out service that facilitates telecoms, insurance, and utility companies to provide a cash refund to their customers.
How does it work?
Customers who are due a refund can pick up their cash refund in a Payzone store.
- Bring your refund letter containing the barcode to your local Payzone store
- The shop attendant will scan the barcode using the Payzone scanner
- Their terminal will display the amount of your refund
- They will then give you your cash refund and a transaction receipt.
Energy vouchers
Payzone operates a voucher redemption service for utility companies.
How does it work?
Customers in receipt of an energy voucher can process a utility bill payment or pay as you go top up for electricity or gas in a Payzone store.
- Bring your energy voucher to your local Payzone store
- The shop attendant will scan the barcode
- Their terminal will display the value of your voucher
- Give them your utility bill or PAYG card for payment using this voucher
- The shop attendant will process your payment and give you a receipt.
The energy vouchers have a value of €50.
